Simple Summer Squash

1 each of small-medium sized Zucchini Squash and Yellow Squash
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Seasoning such as Herbamare or sea salt and black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Fresh Basil leaves chopped
Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese – Optional

Slice zucchini and yellow squash into 1/4 inch thick rings. Toss with olive oil and seasoning.  Spread squash on a shallow pan or casserole dish.  Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan cheese. Cook at 300 for 10 minutes or until tender.
