Walnut Coconut Pate

1 ½ Cups Walnuts
1 ½ Cups Pine Nuts
2 Bunches Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
¼ cup Whole Young Coconut Meat
½ tsp. dried Dill, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. Liquid Smoke (or 2 tbsp. Smoked Dulse)
1 tsp. Garlic Pickle, finely chopped
1 tsp. Tomato Powder (Premier Research Tomato Concentrate is perfect!)

Process walnuts, pine nuts and coconut meat each separately in a food processor. Combine together in a separate bowl. Finely chop the parsley, dill and garlic pickle. Combine with all remaining ingredients.
