Sun Dried Tomato and Walnut Pate


• 2 cups walnuts
• 1 cup sun dried tomatoes, soaked 4 hours in enough water to cover
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tablespoons Nama Shoyu (natural soy sauce) or Braggs Aminos
• ¼ cup olive oil


Place all ingredients into the food processor and blend until it forms a ball or a semi-smooth pate. Good wrapped up in a romaine leaf, like a burrito.
