Easy Raw Kale and Avocado Salad

This recipe came from a Raw food website that a member submitted. I made a couple of adjustments. I can quickly fix this in AM and take to work. I can then combine the two and have a HUGE salad. Of course this is a great family recipe for the evening. NO DRESSING required. The combination of spices can be adjusted to taste.

In a plastic bag combine and squish together:

One bunch of Kale – cut into smaller pieces
1 Avocado
1tsp Pink Salt
1/2 Lemon – juice squeezed out
serval drops of Stevia
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Curry powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Tumeric powder

In a second bag combine the following:

1 big handful of shredded Cabbage ( Green, Red, Savoy, or Napa can be used)
1 Carrot shredded
½ Golden Beet – (Red Beets turn everything red and Golden Beets have a sweeter taste)
1 Green Onion chopped
Handful of shredded Jicama can be added

In a Third small bag (so that they do not go soft) I put:

2 Tbsp Pine Nuts – Or other nut of choice such as soaked almonds.
