Adrenal Recovery Soup

A vegetable soup recipe that has proven helpful in restoring adrenal function during the active, chronic, and recovery phases of infectious disease. This high-energy soup called “Taz” comes from Dolores S. Downey’s “Balancing body chemistry with nutrition” seminars. Dr. James Wilson promotes this soup in his book Adrenal Fatigue.
